Agence
NON

An AI-assisted, full-service creative agency. We name things, build the brand around them, design the product, run the campaign, and staff it from a wide network of contract talent.

We build with frontier models every day, so we hold our own work to the standard a model is held to: every claim names its source, every forecast gets graded, and where nothing is known, the page says so.

Services

One house, the whole spectrum.

Clients come to us for one piece and stay for the system. Every engagement is led by our creative director and staffed from the network for the job.

01 · BRAND

Brand strategy and consulting

Positioning, brand architecture and voice, written down as rules a team can follow after we leave.

02 · NAMES

Naming and verbal identity

Names and naming systems in English, Spanish and Mandarin, checked for collisions before anyone falls in love with them.

03 · PRODUCT

Product design

Objects, packaging and apps, from the user's complaint list to a prototype spec an industrial designer or engineer can build from.

04 · MARKETING

Campaigns and launch

Campaign systems that hold across casts and channels, launch sites, waitlists and the disclosure rules built into the creative.

05 · NETWORK

Network building

A wide-reaching network of contract talent: designers, developers, producers and writers, brought in when the work calls for them.

06 · AI

AI tooling and evaluation

Agent briefs with guardrails, rubrics and eval sets, and the calibration habits that keep a model's confidence honest.

07 · SOFTWARE

Agent NON

The AI software we put in the hands of solo creatives. More below.

House brand · case study

NON. Same draw. Zero nicotine.

Our first brand, built in house from the name up: a luxury nicotine-free vape for people who want the ritual without the habit. Everything below came out of the agency.

NON product renders: the cloth-bound case open on the device, three devices with brushed aluminum caps, the Tabac, Nature and Menthe pod boxes, and a man holding the device
Product renders from the hôtel campaign
Name and identityNON, French for no. A Didone wordmark with a small caret, paper and brushed aluminum, and one campaign line: Oui à NON.
The objectThree device tiers, a case that opens like a book, and three pod flavors. The design brief came from eight years of daily use of the market leader: six fixes, and what to keep.
A cast we ownEvery face is a nodel, an AI house model named like a product: N°, the campaign he debuted in, his home city's airport code. All men, diverse by design.
Disclosure as the taglineNew York requires ads to disclose synthetic performers, so the disclosure is the line: No one in this ad is real. Neither is the nicotine.
LaunchAn investor deck, a designer's brief, house ads across our own app network, and a waitlist.
Campaign I

hôtel

One man in a Paris hotel room after dark, the case open on the table, the device at his lips.

Campaign II

piscine

The cast in black briefs against concrete and a height chart: everyone caught with the device, and nothing in it.

Campaign III

L'After

The pool house afterparty: every mouth busy, nobody talking. In production.

The NON case open on the device beside the Nature, Tabac and Menthe pod boxes From the hôtel campaign: a man by a Paris window at night holds the NON device beside the open case

No one in this ad is real. Neither is the nicotine. NON is pre-launch; nothing on this page is an offer to sell.

Selected work · 2026

Built, then graded.

Most of what we make is designed and directed by our creative director and built with frontier coding agents. What these pieces share is a habit: decide how the work will be checked before building it.

Evaluation dataset

Taller B-0

A parity corpus of 1,000 propositions, each written in Spanish, English, Chinese and Mas+, our own symbolic notation, with its interpreter built in. Five strata, each with its own grader: execution, camera, exact-match QA, testimony, and calibration for the unknowns.

Rows can be flagged private and redacted before the freeze, and the export's hash is published before any training run.

Speech · linguistics

Code Switcher

A text-to-speech prototype that infers who is speaking from how a sentence switches between Spanish, English and Chinese, instead of cloning a voice. Seven stages, from language ID and switch typology to eight speaker dimensions.

A box on the page says which stages are real and which are hand-authored, so the inference gets tested before anyone spends a training run on it.

Forecasting · editorial

The forecast desks

NVIDIAddict, AMDdict, AAPLicted and Cyanide: research desks for single-stock holders. One engine with opposing editorial voices, bull and bear, and a satirical TV desk that predicts what each panelist will say.

Every forecast is sealed, then Brier-scored against the tape, and an independent validator clears each question before it seals.

Calibration

Wongstrology, Observatory edition

Astrology and Arabic letter science, audited and offline. Every claim carries an evidence tier, readings face a blind test after Carlson (1985), and bets are hashed when you commit them.

Moon positions are checked against the Swiss Ephemeris (0.25 arcminutes at worst), and a parity test holds the browser engine to its Python reference.

Science writing

Divide by Zero Atlas

Fifteen open problems in science on five shelves (undefined, undecidable, unmeasurable, unreconciled, unaccounted), each with a working model and a status as of October 2026.

It treats "never" with the same suspicion as "known", and flags preprints, folklore quotes and single-sourced facts in a cautions note.

Editorial pipeline

LLL+ Publishing Portal

A control room for translated, annotated editions of old texts, with a review agent that logs every run, updates each program's stage and writes the brief for the next session. Some calls are reserved for the human, and the agent can only ask for them.

Its first edition, Shams al-Maʿārif, is rendered from the Ḥalabī 1927 print collated against three Paris manuscripts, in Arabic, English and Spanish.

Brand architecture

Birthstone Spirits

A spirits house built on the birthstone calendar: twelve months, twelve stones, two rules, one reserved. Liqueurs wear their stone in the bottle; whiskeys wear it on the band.

It ships with a regulatory ledger: formula approval, protected place names, and which famous trademarks to keep unnamed.

Licensing · agents

Cue Router

Music sync licensing as explicit routing: set your use, budget, term and rights, and it scores twelve buyer routes and nine seller routes with stated reasons and a "check before you commit" list.

It shows the request and response an agent tool call would consume, because the next buyer may not be a person.

Multimodal tooling

Pila

Build an ordered stack of images with your notes, then send it to a model in one pass or image by image: Claude on your own account, a local model, any compatible server, or a webhook.

When the model offers to rewrite a note, you accept it or keep your own. Keys stay on the device.

App shelf

MoHuOS Open Shelf

Sixteen single-file apps in Spanish, English and Chinese with no accounts: a stroke-based programming language and its IDE, script atlases, a glyph tool, and a word-dating quiz that answers "unknown" on purpose about one time in five.

Every claim names its source; where nothing is known, the page says unknown.

Ranking design

A rubric that scores behavior

A re-ranking rubric for a community app that scores the conversation, never the person: disclosure scores the act, never the content; nothing goes below zero; and a 14-day window means nobody carries a permanent mark.

Weights sit on sliders in an admin panel with a live rank check.

Most pieces are private builds; walkthroughs and screenshots on request.

How we build with AI

Consent, built in.

Six rules we hold every tool to, ours or a client's.

Local by default.
The machine asks before it takes.
One reversible edit at a time.
Tiers you can see.
Nothing phones home.
Teach it yourself, keep it yourself.

Software

Agent NON

The AI software we put in the hands of solo creatives, to turn their imaginations into a full-fledged brand house for their personal endeavors.

A decade in the New York wine trade, from cashier to buyer to general manager in four years, then nearly two years supporting a critic at Vinous Media.

A journalism degree in arts reporting and criticism, and an editor's ear for the difference between a sentence that is true and one that is only confident.

English and Spanish. Naming work in Mandarin as well.
